Uploading an image or file

Adding a picture to your account

1. Click on the My Account link at the top of the page.
2. If you do not already have a picture, click the Change Picture link under the default account picture.
3. Read the instructions on the Picture page and press the Browse button to search your computer for an image.
4. Click on the Upload button.

Creating Custom Profile

1. Click on your username at the top of the page.
2. Under the bolded word Profile, click the link edit profile
3. This profile page is just like any other wiki page you can edit. You can put anything you'd like other gardeners to know about you. I suggest putting you name, and when you joined the garden.
4. You can also add images if you like. For help adding images click Help at the top of the page to activate the Getting Started tutorial. Click on the Editing Your Home Page link. Goto page 4.

Signing posts and messages

Here are some special tags that quickly let you add a signature:

For a Signature	Ex: - BootStrapKim	Insert 3 tildes (~)
For Signature with a time stamp	Ex: - BootStrapKim Mar 3, 2008	Insert 4 tildes (~)

Using the Text Editor

When using a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) Editor sometimes the auto-formating can be a pain. Switching to the Text Editor, by pressing the Text Editor button, can sometimes be easier. Here is a link to some of the custom wikitext that allows for formating when working with the Text Editor.
